Job Description Travel Voice Process
CTC: 3.0 LPA (25,800 in-hand + incentives)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel-related queries
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding airline policies and travel guidelines
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and contact center procedures
- Attend training sessions to enhance communication and process knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic customer handling experience via calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
