Job Title: International Sales Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: 30,000 40,000 (Net Take-Home)

Job Overview:

Shaadi.com is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of International Sales Executive. This is a night shift role focused on handling overseas clients, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients (primarily US/UK markets)
• Pitch and sell Shaadi.com premium membership plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 years of minimum experience in international sales process
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts

Shift Details:

• Night Shift (US/UK timings)
• 5 days working (Rotational week offs)
