Inventory Analyst @ Haleon

Job Description

Job Purpose

Finance Analyst responsible for inventory reconciliations and financial analysis execution via accounting systems and analytical tools related to Inventory finance for Americas Region at Haleon. Ensures accurate inventory costing, balance sheet controls, and compliance with Haleon policies while supporting senior finance teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze inventory KPIs, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews
• Execute monthly close activities and annual inventory revaluations
• Perform daily and monthly inventory reconciliations and financial validations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Haleon accounting guidelines
• Coordinate issues follow-up, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
•  3-6 years experience in accounting, inventory, or shared services
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Advanced English (Portuguese preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
