Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management. The role involves following up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or underpaid claims and ensuring timely collections.

Role & responsibilities:

* Follow up with US insurance providers on outstanding claims

* Analyze denials and take appropriate action for resolution

* Review payment details and identify discrepancies

* Ensure timely closure of aged receivables

* Update claim status and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in AR calling (US healthcare)

* Strong knowledge of medical billing and denial management

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work in night shifts
