Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web services (AWS)
- Manage core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Cloud watch)
- Hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployments and runtime stability
- Design and manage contact solution using Amazon connect.
- Integrate connect with Lambda, Lex bots and external system (CRM, API)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar)
- Familiarity with Amazon lex, Lambda integration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, and SQS
- Proven expertise in designing and developing serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, including event-driven and API-based integrations.
