We are client centric testing services team that aims at reducing manual testing effort and cycle time by automating client business scenarios using client dataset. With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.
What you will be doing
We are seeking Senior Test Automation resource to join our Testing Services team supporting clients globally. This role focuses on automating client UAT business scenarios, managing regression and performance testing on client environment. As quality engineer, you will take part in executing and monitoring day to day regression, design new framework/script, do root cause analysis and present findings to operations and leadership teams, implement proactive solutions to stabilize automation suites and thereby improve customer experience.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Min 8-12 years of professional working experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Min 5+ years of Automation Testing experience.
Skills
- Thorough working knowledge of Software Testing Concepts including Manual & Automation testing processes, test case creation and execution, defect management, estimation techniques and metrics for reporting.
- Hands-on experience on Automation tools (Selenium with .Net Framework/Java).
- Hands-on experience on Automation frameworks (e.g. keyword driven etc).
- Working knowledge of source code management software (SVN, GIT, BitBucket etc).
- Good knowledge on usage of SQL queries.
- Expertise in working with XML, SOAP and JSON formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with good communication
- Working experience of Agile development methodologies and of DevOps integration
- Exposure to Project/Defect/Test Management tools e.g. JIRA, ALM etc.
- A team player, who can work independently under minimum supervision and guide/mentor others when needed.
- Possesses the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
Added bonus/secondary skills:
- Knowledge of Finance domain especially Capital Markets, Lease and Loans, Lending applications.
- Experience of developing tools/utilities/automation from scratch using latest tech.
- Appreciable knowledge of Performance Testing and Automation using tools like JMeter.
- Appreciable knowledge of Cloud (AZURE) concepts and usage.
- Experience on AI tools and technologies including creating and using AI agents and bots.
Qualifications
Minimum BS/BSc/BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.
- Enhance existing framework to support multiple clients and products with max re-usability.
- Interact with clients on understanding and analyzing both functional and non-functional (performance) test requirements.
- Organized approach: Manage and adapt according to client priorities and internal requirements.
- Self-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team.
