Job Description
Technical Project ManagerYears of Experience: 13 to 15 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in Java and mobile development. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading projects in an Agile environment. A Scrum Master certification is required to ensure effective team collaboration and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on delivering technical projects.
- Expertise in Java and mobile development technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum.
- Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13 to 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
