Job Description
This is for Contract Role.
Location: Remote.
Mandatory : Business Analyst - Power BI.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners.
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for analytics solutions.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for data analytics initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with data engineering, BI, and data science teams to design, develop, and deliver dashboards, models, and insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility are integral to delivered products.
- Drive user adoption and change management through training, demos, and feedback loops.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on usage patterns and business outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-10 years experience in business analysis, product management, or data analytics roles.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, and analytics concepts.
- Experience in defining roadmaps and working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
