We are hiring for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for inbound voice and chat support roles. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the BPO/Customer Service industry.

Location: Bidhannagar, Kolkata

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills required

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries via calls and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Document customer interactions and feedback

Work Details:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational off
• Rotational shifts 24/7 shift

Note: 1-side cab facility available during odd hours

Interview mode: Walk-in

Interview rounds: 3

Salary Details:

• Freshers: 14K ctc to 15K ctc
• Experienced Candidates: 19K ctc to 21K ctc
• Quarterly Bonus: 2,974
