What would you do Responsible for execution, coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team.Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes:strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or related field 35 years of experience in Project Management / PMO Strong understanding of project management concepts Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities Support end-to-end project management activities across multiple engagements Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs Prepare and maintain project reports, Org charts dashboards, and status updates Should have knowledge of demands we raise for recruitment Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning Manage resource allocation, demand tracking, and utilization reporting Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance standards Assist in project transitions, onboarding, and operational support Manage client visits Should be open to any shiftsIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
