Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC/VMC machines under supervision.
Assist in loading/unloading parts and performing basic checks.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision machining.
Monitor machine operations to maintain quality and accuracy.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets.
Follow safety protocols, 5S practices, and shop-floor discipline.
Report operational issues to supervisors for corrective action.

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Mechanical aptitude and interest in production processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Willingness to work in shift operations and fast-paced environments.
Teamwork, discipline, and adaptability to industrial settings.
