Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow.
Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory integration, LDAP connectivity, and Linux environment setup.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IAM-related problems and implement new features.
Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for internal use.

Job Requirements :

2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in IAM tools like SailPoint IdentityNow.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP protocols, and Linux operating system fundamentals.
Experience working with identity access management systems such as IdentityNow or similar products.
