Job Description:

PBPartners is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales through the agency channel in the Motor Insurance segment. The role requires strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to build and scale distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 2025 members (20 RMs + 23 ASMs)
• Drive sales through agency distribution network across the region
• Build and expand agent network to increase business volume
• Guide, coach, and motivate ASM/AH and FOS teams to achieve targets
• Ensure strong focus on Retail Motor Insurance sales
• Plan and execute monthly training programs for field teams
• Drive sales contests and engagement activities to boost performance
• Conduct regular field visits across assigned states for performance review
• Monitor team productivity, agent hiring, and business numbers

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Insurance/Broking
• At least 4+ years in team handling / leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and agency channel
• Proven track record in sales target achievement and team management
• Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
