We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Lead and manage sales teams for HL & LAP
• Drive sourcing through DSAs, connectors, and branches
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Ensure process adherence and portfolio quality

Requirements:

• Experience in Housing Loan / LAP sales
• Strong team handling and channel management skills
• Proven target achievement track record
