Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated nursing professionals to provide high-quality patient care and ensure smooth clinical operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, assisting doctors, and maintaining nursing standards.
Senior-level roles and Incharge positions will additionally oversee team coordination, shift management, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Nurse
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff
Senior Staff Nurse
- Perform all duties of Staff Nurse
- Supervise junior nursing staff during the shift
- Ensure proper handover and shift documentation
- Guide and train new nursing staff
- Support critical patient care and emergency handling
- Ensure compliance with hospital nursing protocols
- Monitor stock of medicines and consumables in the unit
- Assist in quality audits and compliance standards
Nurse Incharge
- Manage complete nursing operations of the assigned ward/unit/department
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters and manpower allocation
- Supervise Staff Nurses and Senior Nurses
- Ensure quality patient care and service standards
- Handle escalations from patients and attendants
- Coordinate with doctors, HR, and administration teams
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Maintain inventory and nursing equipment availability
- Conduct performance monitoring and staff training
- Lead emergency response and critical care coordination
- Maintain departmental reports and compliance records
Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience
- Staff Nurse: 03 years
- Senior Staff Nurse: 35 years
- Nurse Incharge: 5+ years with team handling experience
