Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation programs across global clients
- Drive solutioning and participate in strategic design workshops to define scalable, high-impact solutions
- Translate complex procurement challenges into innovative techno-functional solutions
- Own program governance, including planning, risk management, and change management
- Manage program financials, including P&L, margins, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (CPOs, Business Heads, Technology Leaders)
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on procurement transformation and digital adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Drive adoption of analytics, automation, and best practices in procurement processes
- Ensure alignment across business, product, and engineering teams for successful delivery
Preferred candidate profile
- Deep domain expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain (S2P, S2C, P2P)
- Extensive experience in implementing procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, etc.)
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage at CXO/CPO level
- Proven experience in managing large programs, teams, and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and program governance
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
