Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Manage accounts receivable by ensuring all claims are accurately billed and payments are received promptly.
• Review unpaid or denied claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and work with insurance carriers or patients to resolve issues.
• Post insurance payments and patient payments to the system accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances through phone calls, email, or written correspondence.
• Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and billing issues to avoid delays in payment processing.
• Assist with preparing monthly accounts receivable reports and tracking the aging report.
