Job Description

Location: Dehradun
Job Type: Full-time
Department: A.R Executive + Sr AR Executive

Shift: Nigh Shift

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Manage accounts receivable by ensuring all claims are accurately billed and payments are received promptly.
Review unpaid or denied claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and work with insurance carriers or patients to resolve issues.
Post insurance payments and patient payments to the system accurately.
Follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances through phone calls, email, or written correspondence.
Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and billing issues to avoid delays in payment processing.
Assist with preparing monthly accounts receivable reports and tracking the aging report.
