Senior Lead Engineer @ Tata Technologies

Job Description

• Responsible for designing and developing Powertrain Module (including Accelerator Pedal, Electric Drive System, Driveline, Thermal Management System, Control System - VCU calibration)
• Shape the development strategy (roadmap, architecture, design) to meet Vehicle program requirements (Timing, Price, Cost, Features, Performance, Efficiency).
• Carry out market research, competitive benchmark and technology intelligence to define and propose competitive and optimal solutions to Vehicle program
• Plan and coordinate develop ment activities from system, sub-system to component-level, in collaboration with ESP and VF Engineering teams.
• Manage and approve technical deliverables (SOR,SPB,DFMEA,DVP, Test reports), drawings, BOM releases and Engineering change/Deviation request.
• Drive integration, verification, validation activities.
• Lead relevant working group to resolve issues encountered.
• Monitor development progress, review status, quality and assess risks at each project milestone.
