Job Description
Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals; screening resumes; conducting interviews; and managing negotiations to fill positions. To act as a liaison between hiring managers and applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and qualifications.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Maintain accurate records of all applicants and candidate interactions.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a top employer to attract talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate compensation and close candidates.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with ATS software and social recruiting tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Common Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
