Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools
Create and customize forms, tables, views, reports, and dashboards
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
Perform unit testing, debugging, and resolve production issues
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business users
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in ServiceNow Development
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Hands-on experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
Experience with integrations and data imports (REST, SOAP, Transform Maps)
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and ACLs
Experience with ServiceNow update sets and application scope
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/other modules)
Experience with Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and enterprise-scale deployments.
