Job Description
- Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise junior staff members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies usage.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and software applications.
