Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about hotel facilities.
Handle guest queries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to relevant staff members when necessary.
Manage front desk operations, including room assignments, key distribution, and billing processes.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area for efficient traffic flow.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements :

3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front desk or guest relations roles.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective guest handling and interaction.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.
Experience in managing front desk operations, including room assignments, key distribution, and billing processes is essential.
A strong understanding of guest relations principles and practices is necessary.
