Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about hotel facilities.
  • Handle guest queries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to relevant staff members when necessary.
  • Manage front desk operations, including room assignments, key distribution, and billing processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area for efficient traffic flow.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front desk or guest relations roles.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for effective guest handling and interaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are needed to handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Experience in managing front desk operations, including room assignments, key distribution, and billing processes is essential.
  • A strong understanding of guest relations principles and practices is necessary.
