Quality Analysts (QC)

Team Leads / Managers

Experience Required:

Surgery Coders / QC: Minimum 1+ year experience in surgery coding

Team Leads / Managers: Minimum 11+ years experience in medical coding (with team handling experience)

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge in Surgery Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)

Experience in Denial Analysis / Auditing (for QC roles)

Leadership & team management skills (for Lead/Manager roles)

Good communication skills

Certification preferred (CPC / CCS)
