We are currently seeking a qualified Technical (Engineer) Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for creating and uploading job descriptions on various job boards, screening applicants, sourcing and hiring candidates for the organization, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a similar role in the engineering field.

Responsibilities

  • Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and the company website.
  • Screen applicants, source, and hire candidates that meet the qualifications for various engineering positions within the organization.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various technical positions.
  • Research companies, websites, organizations, and engineering community groups that may have prospective candidates for sourcing.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree in Electronics, Computer, or Software engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience recruiting in the engineering field.
  • Prior work experience in the engineering field, such as Computer, Electronics, and/or Software Engineering is an asset.
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, networking, and job boards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
