Role Type: Full-timeRole Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality & Testing Lead to support a high-visibility Business Intelligence modernization program involving migration of existing Qlik Sense dashboards to a new Commercial Data Lake platform.
This role will own end-to-end data validation, reconciliation, test planning, test execution governance, defect management, and quality readiness across dashboard migration and go-live phases.
The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis capability, testing discipline, BI reporting knowledge, and hands-on problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality & Reconciliation
- Validate new Commercial Data Lake / Gold Layer data against legacy source outputs.
- Perform source-to-target reconciliation for measures, dimensions, KPIs, and historical trends.
- Identify data gaps, mismatches, duplicates, missing records, and logic inconsistencies.
- Coordinate issue resolution with data engineering, vendor, and BI teams.
Test Strategy & Planning
- Create overall testing approach for dashboard migration.
- Define unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support plans.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and validation checklists.
Test Execution Governance
- Manage execution of planned test cycles.
- Ensure timely completion of test cases and evidence capture.
- Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
- Track daily quality metrics and readiness status.
BI / Dashboard Validation
- Validate dashboard filters, calculations, KPIs, visualizations, security access, and performance.
- Ensure migrated dashboards match approved business logic and reporting expectations.
- Support reconciliation between legacy outputs and new dashboard outputs.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in QA, BI testing, data validation, or analytics delivery.
- Proven experience testing BI dashboards, reporting platforms, or data migration programs.
- Experience working with large data sets, reconciliations, and KPI validation.
- Experience supporting UAT and production go-live activities.
- Experience working in offshore delivery models.
Preferred Skills
- Pharma / Commercial / Sales analytics domain experience
- Automation testing / scripting exposure
- Basic ETL knowledge
