Main Technology: SuccessFactors Testing

Mandatory Skills: (Must Have Skills) 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors testing. Prepare/Develop test cases, execute test cases and report defects, Conduct regression testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As test engineers, focus on ensuring that team deliverables are tested, and that testing is meaningfully integrated into ways of working. Collect info and read documents to understand what needs to be tested for each deliverable (E2E user perspective also). You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
• Prepare/Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities - including preparing test data.
• Execute test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Carry out regression testing to ensure that all functionality is working as expected.
• Participate in refinement of backlog items and understanding of data privacy requirements and controls.
• ITIL knowledge would be of great advantage for a good focus on the Incident & problem management processes.
