About Team

We are seeking a Software Engineer III- (React, React native) for a key position for Store Finance Team. Store Finance is the area which monitors all sort of financial transactions going to and from store and ensures its sanity. In this role, you will develop highly scalable web applications and apps to cater to store associates and managers to review their transactions and acknowledge them. You will drive projects of high visibility across the organization while leading the work of other small groups of three to six engineers across geographies.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of UI applications from design and development to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences
• Ensure overall health, performance, and reliability of UI applications and code repositories
• Drive continuous improvements by implementing new features, enhancements, and upgrades in alignment with organizational standards
• Maintain a clean, scalable, and maintainable codebase with strong emphasis on code quality and best practices
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, security standards, and UI architecture principles
• Build, extend, and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure high reliability and minimal defects
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debt

What you will bring

• Strong hands-on experience in frontend development using React
• Solid understanding of modern UI architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience working across the full UI lifecycle, including deployment and production support
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including backend engineers and stakeholders
• Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and a quality-first mindset
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and repository management
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, frameworks, and organizational standards
• Experience with React Native or other frontend technologies is a plus
