Process information and Job Role:

We collect payment on behalf of our clients. Our LOB is inbound driven with some % of outbound. Target oriented Telecomm business expected to multitask.

Some of our key deliverables are AHT (Average Handling Time), NPS, following payment hierarchy, First Call Resolution (FCR), other call handling metrices such as Wrap time, hold time, transfer, etc.

We follow the US working window therefore has rotational shifts and rotational week offs (including split offs). Phone etiquette is very critical. Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.

Requirement:

Undergraduates

Experienced*

Stable (if experienced - no work gaps)

SVAR test Skill set required:

Good communication

Customer handling

Confidence

Assertive/ interactive

Thought process - clarity of thought.
