Handle customer professionally and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
