As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing solutions that meet business needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Ability to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet client needs.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
