Role & responsibilities:

Role Summary

The Salesforce Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading endtoend delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support programs. This role combines project management rigor with deep Salesforce technical knowledge to ensure highquality delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 8 -15 years of experience in IT with minimum 46 years in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce technical stack:
• Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers
• Flows & automation
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware)
• Security & sharing models
• Data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, APIs)
• Solid experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and presentation skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Copado / AutoRABIT / Gearset / Git pipelines.
• Ability to handle complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
