QA Automation - Lead @ Iris Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Performmanual testingto validate application functionality and ensure quality deliverables.
• Design and executetest cases and test scenariosbased on requirements.
• Work in anAgile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium.
• Identify, log, and trackdefectsthrough the defect management process.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform basicSQL queriesto validate data in databases.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding ofsoftware testing basics and QA processes.
• Experience inmanual testing.Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Basic knowledge of Javafor automation scripting.
• Basic SQL knowledgefor data validation.
• Experience working in anAgile development environment.
