Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Handle offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and company policies
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
