BSL is currently handling middle & senior level IT requirements for all BIG4s - Accenture, EY, EXL, Wipro, Barclays, Standard Chartered, L&T, and more.
Designation: US IT Recruiter
Timing: 7:00 pm- 4:00 am
Salary: Fixed salary + Incentives
Benefits: One Side cab (Drop) + One time meal
Number of working days: 5 (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)
Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-
- Good communication Skills are a must.
- responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Candidate's Desired Profile:
Education: (Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply)
*Should have good communication & interpersonal skills
*Should have a basic understanding of Recruitment
* Basic Knowledge of US Tax & Visa terms would
be an added advantage
