Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow HNI/UHNI client portfolios in line with SEBI guidelines
• Drive high-value Demat acquisition, funding & broking revenue
• Lead client strategy, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions
• Provide market insights across Equity, Mutual Funds, F&O, Options
• Own revenue targets, client retention, and AUM growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance goals
• Bring out-of-the-box ideas for client acquisition & revenue expansion
• Present complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Cross-sell insurance (ULIPs, Term, Health) & wealth products
• Track market movements and take data-driven decisions

Candidate Profile:

• 3 -4 years experience in Equity / Broking / Wealth / Financial Services
• Proven track record of managing HNI client portfolios
• Experience in team handling / leadership roles
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills
• Expertise in Demat, Trading, F&O, Options, Mutual Funds
• NISM Certification preferred
• Understanding of local market & strong client network
• Recognized as a top performer / award-winning contributor (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & strategic thinking ability.
