Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader Medical Coding (IPDRG) to lead a team, ensure quality delivery, and manage end-to-end coding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans

Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members

Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Handle client communication and process updates

Act as SPOC for team members and ensure team engagement

Supervise daily workflow, work allocation, and performance evaluation

Support hiring, training, and development activities

Candidate Profile:

68 years of experience in Medical Coding with IPDRG specialty

Strong experience in Team Handling, Client & Stakeholder Management

Good understanding of coding guidelines and compliance

Certification Mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA

Additional Information:

Certification is mandatory

Relieving letter is not mandatory

Immediate joiners preferred
