Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing customer relationships & addressing sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & cross-sell to customers
Monthly Target achievement as per rolled out budgets
Portfolio growth in line with Disbursed volumes
Retention of existing portfolio with good quality service delivery
Annual disbursement and fee income targets to be achieved
Ensure ASM productivity as per Vintage productivity Norms and have balanced spread of reportees under every City
Head/Regional Sales Manager
Manage team attrition
Hire, Train and deploy manpower as per budgets
Develop and guide team members on policy, business development and transaction handling
Engagement with Branches to have consistent disbursements

Compliance to all process norms .
