Job Description:
We are looking for B. Com graduates to join our US Banking Operations team. The role involves supporting banking processes and ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks for US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day banking and financial operations as per process guidelines
- Handle transactional activities related to US banking processes
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Work efficiently within defined timelines and SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related queries
Eligibility Criteria:
- B. Com graduate (mandatory)
- Freshers only (no prior work experience required)
- Basic knowledge of banking and finance
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Ready to work in a process-driven environment
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of banking concepts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
