Tosca Automation Test Engineer Ms Dynamics 365 @ Allegis Group

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA (Tricentis) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications
• Perform automation testing for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales module) as part of a large CRM transformation program
• Collaborate closely with functional testers, developers, and business teams to understand CRM requirements and test scenarios
• Execute automation test suites, analyze results, and identify defects, gaps, and improvement areas
• Integrate and support automation execution within CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Azure DevOps / Azure TFS for test management, execution, and reporting
• Independently handle complex testing and automation challenges and provide effective resolutions
• Act as an automation enabler across multiple CRM projects to improve delivery speed and quality
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support DevOpsbased delivery models
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• 38 years of overall experience in Software Testing / Automation Testing
• Strong handson experience with TOSCA Automation (Tricentis)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM (Sales module preferred)
• Experience working in DevOps environments
• Practical exposure to Azure DevOps / Azure TFS
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing concepts
• Strong knowledge of STLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently on complex automation scenarios
• Experience supporting or enabling automation initiatives is a plus
• Exposure to CRM functional testing and largescale enterprise transformation projects is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallel with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
