Job Summary

The Team Leader Operations is responsible for managing a team of associates handling international processes, driving productivity, quality, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team handling international operations
  • Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence
  • Act as first point of contact for escalations and client issues
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
