Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Adhere to Project Scheduling Ensure adherence to project scheduling and provide inputs to the Project Manager for overall integration with Project Master plan.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring Track vendor deliverables against timelines agreed upon; Daily tracking and Weekly updates to be given to Project Manager. Report the quantity and quality of works in a daily/ weekly report format.
- Commissioning & Handover Assist the Project Manager in commissioning and handover.
- Reporting / MIS Ensure all reports are made and sent on time
- Execution will be responsible for managing and executing renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects in operational or existing buildings.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Execution monitoring Civil & External development finishes
- Quality assurance Understanding of QAP, ITP & Method statements.
- Study and understanding of drawings
- MS Office
- Auto CAD (preferred not mandatory)
- Should have 4+ years of experience in execution role
