Location: Sector 135, Noida.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The team is seeking a Senior level Java software engineer to further develop the autonomous coding engine that gives health care providers fast/accurate/hands-off coding of charts. You work on our customized, state-of-the-art autonomous coding engine. You will lead a small cross-functional team in building new features and enhancing the existing platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction to local and global engineering teams
- Lead the design/development of key automated medical coding technology initiatives
- Apply methods, concepts, and theories to new situations
- Mentors less experienced employees in fundamentals of development and technology stack
- Adapts and applies changes to local team processes to support team goals focuses on important information as determined by others
- Cooperate with the business development, product, design, and development teams to participate in product feature and design discussions
- Remove roadblocks to development using excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Identify meaningful opportunities for improvement; mentor and be mentored by others
- Provide clear written communication using collaboration tools
- Influence the accomplishment of tasks beyond personal scope of responsibility
- Bring a passion to learn and the best engineering practices to the team
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven programming skills with strong computer science fundamentals
- Software development experience/portfolio that demonstrates your application development experience using Java
- Ability and desire to learn and work with new languages and technologies as needed
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with unit test, integration test, continuous integration and deployment
- Strong debugging skills
- Generate high level architecture for new problems
- Ability to learn legacy applications quickly as well as independently
- Experience in full-stack SaaS application development.

Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, DSA, full-stack SaaS, HL7
