The Role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software development.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in documenting software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud environments.
- Experience in integrating third-party applications and APIs with Genesys Cloud CX.
- Good understanding of scripting and automation to optimize system performance.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
