Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate resolutions.
Work on various front-office client tools as required for different queues.
Understand customer issues received via chat and act accordingly.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
Continuously upgrade process knowledge as required.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong comprehension skills ability to clearly understand customer concerns.
Good composition skills clear and grammatically correct communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.
