Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Work on various front-office client tools as required for different queues.
  • Understand customer issues received via chat and act accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
  • Continuously upgrade process knowledge as required.
