Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) for assigned areas, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing delinquencies.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce bucket 90+ days and improve overall asset quality.
Oversee repossession, stockyard management, and disposal mechanisms to ensure efficient asset recovery processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks related to NPA management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to stay updated on industry best practices in NBFC collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Collections Management or a related field within the FinTech/NBFC industry.
Proven track record of success in managing high-volume portfolios with expertise in Delinquency Management, Disposal Mechanism, NPA Management, Recovery Strategies.
