 Customer Support Quality Engineer

Job Description

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.Manage red bin activities and customer return analysis
Conduct SPC & MSA as per customer requirements
Review FPPA, patrol inspections, PDIR, and PPAP
Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5Why

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on experience in SPC, MSA, 7QC tools, 8D, and problem-solving techniques
Mandatory exposure to Plastic Injection Molding processes
