Job Description

Job Title: Agency Sales Manager

Location: Bareilly

Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year in Sales

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

01 year of experience in sales (Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply)
Graduation is mandatory
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and target-oriented

Additional Preference:

Immediate joiners will be given priority

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage agency channels
Acquire new agents and maintain relationships
Drive sales targets and ensure business growth
Provide support and guidance to agents
