Job Description

Manager - Digital Transformation 

Location - Hyderabad

Work from office mode 

Must to have experience with CX improvements with exposure in deploying GenAI or Agentic AI solutions

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify process improvements via DMAIC approach for Contact center domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for transformation, design solutions, and measure results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the organization's operations, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role for CX improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience of working with latest CCAAS solutions like Gen AI, Agentic AI, salesforce, etc.
